Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan
Uses: Garlic, tomato, onion

The star of the recipe is definitely the thin, tender chicken breasts breaded and perfectly fried to a golden crisp. 

Cut two chicken breasts in half and pound all 4 pieces of chicken really flat with a meat tenderizer or a mallet. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in egg wash. Coat each chicken piece in a mixture of seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Heat olive oil (1/2" deep) in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in skillet, flipping after a few minutes, until cooked through. 

Place chicken on cooked pasta. Top with mozzarella cheese and homemade pasta sauce
