Greek Pasta Salad
Number of Servings: 6
Time to Prepare: 20 minutes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 3/4 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced small
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced small
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
Cook pasta to al dente and drain. Drizzle with prepared dressing to taste (you probably won't use it all). Stir in chicken, bell pepper, tomatoes, and feta. Refrigerate. Just before serving, add any additional dressing as needed.
