Uses from this basket: Potatoes
Other produce: Onion, carrots
- 3 chicken breasts or equivalent pork or beef (we did pork this time)
 - 4 potatoes, cubed
 - 1/2 - 1 pound carrots, cut the size of baby carrots
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 boxes of Golden Curry (looks like this: http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/img/prods/aaa/29/01254_400.jpg)
 - 4 cups water (approximately)
 
Combine meat and vegetables in a crock pot.  Pour enough water to barely cover the vegetables.  Break apart the curry cubes and place them throughout the mixture.  Cook 6-8 hours on low.  When there is about an hour left, shred the meat.  Serve over rice.
