Uses from this basket: Green pepper
- 2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
 - 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
 - 2-3 bell peppers, cut into 1" squares
 
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, adding the peppers and turning the chicken halfway through. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
