8/11/2012 Basket - Honey Chinese Chicken & Peppers

Honey Chinese Chicken & Peppers
Uses from this basket: Green pepper

  • 2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2-3 bell peppers, cut into 1" squares
Combine hoisin sauce, honey, teriyaki marinade, and soy sauce.  Marinate chicken in that mixture for at least 2 hours.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, adding the peppers and turning the chicken halfway through.   Serve over hot, cooked rice.
