7/30/2011 Basket - Bacon Green Beans
My husband is a professor, and at their recent graduation ceremonies, the student speaker (valedictorian?) happened to be a culinary arts grad. She ended her speech with this juicy bit: "Remember: everything tastes better with bacon!" SO TRUE. My great-grandma died when I was just a few months old, but she left a legacy in her green beans. By adding bacon.
